Marta Mamarot is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1383899) and the Principal Solicitor of SouthWest Migration & Legal Services.

Marta graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws, and Victoria University with a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law.  
She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

 

Marta founded SWMLS in 2013 after working as a Solicitor at the Attorney General’s Department and Legal Aid for over 10 years.

 

Marta and her family migrated to Australia from Poland in the 1980s on refugee visas. After the hardship she endured coming to Australia, Marta has made it her life’s mission to help her clients get the privilege to visit, work or settle in Australia
